The Makuyu Education Centre is a school in the village of Makuyu, Kenya, committed to providing a cost-free education to over 50 students who are otherwise unable to afford the costs of Kenya's public schooling, which includes uniforms, exam fees, etc. Along with teacher writing, reading, and math, the students also receive a daily basic meal to keep them coming back and to fight malnutrition.
